Letter of Intent for Cooperation between CPJ and IIHL

With this Letter, the Centre for Peace and Justice of BRAC University in Dhaka, Bangladesh (hereinafter – the Centre), expresses its interest in the cooperation with the Department of International Refugee Law and Migration Law of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, Sanremo, Italy (hereinafter – the Department), for the purpose of fostering the exchange of knowledge and best practices in teaching between the parties and otherwise supporting the parties in fulfillment of their respective mandates, and undertakes to respect the following commitments, mutually agreed upon by the mentioned parties:
