Arafat Reza Jaan joined the Centre for Peace and Justice (CPJ), Brac University in January 2022 as a Research Associate. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting research on various topics, assisting in the writing and editing of articles and book chapters, and providing input on projects related to his area of expertise.
Arafat is an LL.B. graduate from BPP University, UK. Prior to joining CPJ, Arafat worked as a Research Associate for a number of well-known organisations and individuals. He also worked as a journalist, publishing over 500 articles on national and international platforms concerning contemporary social, legal, and economic issues. He has also contributed significantly to the writing and editing of a book titled ADR: Access to Justice and Dispute Settlement in the New Normal Legal Order.
