Liton Kumar Roy is currently working as a Manager, Finance and Administration. He joined at the Centre for Peace and Justice in 2018. He manages the financial and administrative functions of the centre to achieve its objectives optimally, with a focus on project planning, budgeting and financial documentation and information.
Liton is responsible in maintaining liaison with partner agencies as well as providing the financial report. He also works closely with the research and programme team for developing new projects and plays a vital role in preparing and finalising the financial proposals. Along with that, he is responsible in overseeing the human resource management at the centre.
Liton is a veteran in working with several national and international organisations and universities across the globe. He has received training on UN monitoring, reporting, rules and regulations conducted by UN Women in Bangkok.
Liton is pursuing a Charted Secretary degree at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He has completed a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the World University.
