Centre for Peace and Justice (CPJ), Brac University organised one-day-long training on Fire Safety & First Aid Training for the project facilitators. The training was organised at the Ukhiya field office at the Refugee Studies Unit (RSU).
48 Project Facilitators of ‘Strengthening Social Cohesion and Resilience in Cox’s Bazar’ Project which has been funded by UNICEF and staff of CPJ received the training.
The training was conducted in three separate groups on 10, 11 and 14 October for the Project Facilitators and Staff of CPJ. The participants were briefed on both the theoretical and practical approaches of mitigating risks of fire incidents and other disasters and the technique of first aid.
