International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), based in Turin, Italy visited the Centre for Peace & Justice, BRAC University on 17 July 2017.  Andreas Klemmer, Director of Training and Jeannette Shalabi, Chief, Partnership and Programme Development Services of ITCILO led the delegation. Saloman Rajbanshi, Workplace Cooperation Technical Specialist, and Uttam Kumar Das, Program Officer from ILO Bangladesh also accompanied the delegation.  The purpose of the visit was to explore future collaboration between ITCILO and CPJ, BRAC University.

Manzoor Hasan, Executive Director gave a presentation on CPJ’s activities and a detailed discussion followed, which included CPJ’s regional and national paralegal training.  Shahariar Sadat, Nilufa Sultana Sheta and Zia Uddin from CPJ also attended the meeting.
